Haaaaaaaaaapy Anniversary

I won't have time this weekend, so I figured I'd hurry up and get my act together before it's too late. 

This coming Monday - October 19 - George and I will have been married for three years!!!! 

WHAT?!?!

Well, that went by fast. 

I was talking with my dad on the phone the other day and he said, "No, really? My goodness. Wow." Haha I guess it went by fast for all of us.

The last three years have been a whirlwind roller coaster. George has been in school our entire marriage and we have managed to move an hour away from "home" and then 38 hours away from home. We have come such a long way. Sometimes I miss our first few months of marriage. Things were so much simpler then. Although, I do have to admit I don't miss carrying the laundry across the way to the clubhouse. That was a workout . . . 

Anyway, we have both learned so much and it's crazy to think that we have so much longer to go. My grandparents just celebrated their 70th Anniversary. It's funny to think, someday that will be us!

So true. Neither of us is perfect, but we married each other because we love one another and recognized that potential in each other. 

So grateful to know he's mine forever. Can't wait to see where our potential takes us.
